The Stockdale & Leggo Valuations team are fully experienced and qualified certified practising valuers and full members of the Australian Property Institute and is headed by Phil Murray.
Phil has acted as an expert witness in the Supreme, County and Family Law Courts, and was formally a representative on the membership committee of the Australian Property Insitute (formally the Australian Institute of Valuers). He is an Associate of the API and a Certified Practising Valuer.
He has had over 30 years experience with the Valuer General's Office and private enterprise, during which time he has gained extensive experience in valuing in all areas of real estate covering compulsory acquisition, rental determinations, subdivisional land, major industrial complexes, prime commercial properties, large rural holdings, matrimonial, mortgage and property consultancy.
