As a recent vendor, I am writing to give a resounding endorsement of the services of Neville Trimnell and the staff at Stockdale & Leggo Emerald.
My husband and I were recently obliged to sell our property in “rather a hurry” due to my husband being diagnosed with cancer. The whole transaction could have been extremely stressful, as we has only purchased the property a month prior, and were trying to conduct business from Perth.
However, throughout this difficult period of time, I really appreciated Neville Trimnell’s professionalism, expertise and kindness. In terms of what sale price we could expect to achieve, I found Neville’s advice to be accurate and balanced. The eventual result was very much in line with the estimate he had originally given us.
